How do I connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN)?

Remote access to the organizations network is available by connecting your device to Cisco's Secure Client. Click on the appropriate link below for installation steps. Once installed, login with your short user name and password. 

Connection steps

1. Confirm that you have logged into your computer, connected to a Wi-Fi network and have an active Internet connection.
2. Launch the Cisco Secure Client.
3. Verify that fcvpn.fairfieldcountyohio.gov/vpn is in the Connect to: field.
4. Click Connect
5. Login with your UserID and password and click OK.
6. Once prompted, authenticate with DUO and confirm connection was successful.

Disconnection steps

1. Click on the Ciscos Secure Client icon (in the System Tray or Dock).
2. Click Disconnect.
