Process:
After you submit your request, IT will:
- Review the request
- Create a network account and email account (if applicable) for the new employee
- Create a badge for the new employee
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Know what access is needed
- Know when access is needed
- IF THIS IS A NEW EMPLOYEE, PLEASE BE SURE TO PERFORM THE PERSONNEL ACTIONS ENTRY WITHIN ENTERPRISE ERP IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS FORM.
